Last Updated: November 7, 2026 Liveli LLC, doing business as LocalWerx (“LocalWerx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit localwerx.com, use LocalWerx Marketing Operating System (“MOS”), enroll in or use TextLead by LocalWerx (“TextLead”), or otherwise interact with our products and services. LocalWerx MOS and TextLead are separate software applications operated by Liveli LLC. TextLead does not require a MOS subscription or MOS account. Information is processed according to the products and features you actually use. 1. Information We Collect The information we collect depends on how you interact with LocalWerx and which services you use. Information you provide directly may include: Name and business name Business or mailing address Email address and telephone or mobile number Account credentials and profile information Subscription, billing, and service preferences Information submitted through website forms Customer support requests and correspondence Marketing materials, business content, and other information you provide when using MOS Information necessary to configure and operate subscribed services Technical and usage information may include: IP address, browser type, device information, and user agent Authentication and account activity Session cookies and application preferences Service usage, security events, and diagnostic information Website source or referral information associated with contact requests We collect and process information as necessary to provide requested services, fulfill contractual obligations, protect our systems, comply with applicable law, and pursue legitimate business purposes consistent with this Policy. 2. How We Use Information LocalWerx may use information to: Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve our websites and services Create and administer customer accounts Operate MOS and TextLead as separate subscribed products Process subscriptions, payments, renewals, and cancellations Authenticate users and prevent unauthorized access Deliver requested features and customer support Send transactional, account, billing, security, and administrative communications Diagnose technical problems, prevent fraud, and enforce service rules Maintain legally required business, financial, and consent records Communicate about LocalWerx products and services where permitted by law You may unsubscribe from promotional emails without affecting transactional communications necessary to operate your account or subscribed services. 3. TextLead by LocalWerx TextLead is a standalone website contact-request and lead-management service for participating businesses. A visitor submitting a TextLead-enabled form or widget may provide: First name or other identifying information requested by the form Mobile or telephone number Reason for contacting the business Selected contact preferences, where available Website source, referral, and related submission information TextLead processes these requests so the participating business can view and respond to them. The participating business is responsible for responding to its website visitors and for using the information lawfully. A TextLead submission is a request for the participating business to respond to a particular inquiry. It does not, by itself, authorize recurring promotional texts, automated marketing campaigns, or other unrelated marketing communications. TextLead does not automatically send SMS messages to the website visitor as part of its standard lead-notification workflow. TextLead operates independently of MOS. A business may subscribe to TextLead without purchasing MOS, and TextLead account access does not automatically grant access to MOS. 4. TextLead SMS Notifications and Mobile Information Participating businesses may optionally designate a mobile number to receive transactional TextLead SMS notifications. SMS consent requires a separate affirmative action and is not a condition of purchasing, enrolling in, or using TextLead. When enabled with valid consent, notifications may contain website visitor contact-request information and TextLead service-related notices. Messages are sent to the designated business recipient, not automatically to the website visitor. Message frequency varies with contact-request activity, service events, and the subscriber’s plan. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. Where supported, a recipient may reply START to request renewed opt-in. SMS delivery resumes only when the applicable provider confirms the renewed opt-in and TextLead records the required consent status. Changing a designated notification number requires new consent for that number. Purchasing a subscription, changing plans, or reactivating an account does not automatically restore withdrawn SMS consent. LocalWerx does not sell SMS opt-in information, consent records, or mobile information, and does not share that information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with telecommunications carriers and service providers as necessary to transmit requested messages, operate the SMS service, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law. Opting out of SMS notifications does not cancel a paid TextLead subscription. For assistance, contact support@localwerx.com. 5. LocalWerx Marketing Operating System (MOS) MOS is a separate business marketing and management platform. Depending on the MOS features you use, LocalWerx may process: Business and customer contact information Marketing campaigns and content Social media information Uploaded files and materials Account settings and workspace information Analytics and performance information Other information submitted or connected through MOS We use this information to provide, maintain, secure, and support the MOS features selected by the customer. The availability of MOS functionality does not mean that equivalent features are included in TextLead. 6. Connected Social Media Accounts MOS may allow customers to connect supported third-party social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. When you authorize a connection, LocalWerx may receive information permitted by that platform and your authorization, including: Account and business profile identifiers Profile information Access tokens Posts, comments, messages, and other content Engagement information and account insights Information necessary to provide requested social media functionality We process connected-platform information to provide authorized features, such as publishing content, scheduling posts, displaying insights, and managing supported interactions. LocalWerx does not sell data obtained through connected social media platforms. Connected services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You may disconnect supported accounts and request deletion of associated information by contacting us, subject to applicable legal and technical limitations. Where required, we handle information received through platform APIs in accordance with applicable developer terms and data-use requirements. 7. Payments and Billing LocalWerx uses Stripe to process applicable subscription payments. Stripe handles payment card information under its own security and privacy practices. LocalWerx may receive or retain information such as: Customer and subscription identifiers Plan and billing information Payment and invoice status Transaction history Limited payment-method details provided by Stripe Cancellation, renewal, and reactivation records LocalWerx does not need to store full payment card numbers to administer TextLead subscriptions. TextLead billing records are maintained separately from the website visitor lead-retention schedule described below. 8. Service Providers and Information Sharing We use third-party providers to deliver and support our services. Providers used in connection with TextLead include: GoDaddy: Application hosting and database infrastructure Stripe: Subscription billing and payment processing Twilio: Optional transactional SMS delivery SendGrid: Transactional email delivery Google Workspace: Support email and business correspondence MOS and other LocalWerx services may use additional providers, integrations, hosting systems, analytics services, or connected platforms depending on the features involved. We disclose information to providers as reasonably necessary to perform their services, maintain security, support operations, and meet legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect rights and safety, enforce agreements, or maintain the integrity of our services. LocalWerx does not sell personal information. We do not share TextLead SMS opt-in data or mobile consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Some service providers may process information in locations outside your state or country, subject to applicable legal requirements and provider arrangements. 9. Cookies and Similar Technologies Our websites and applications may use cookies and similar technologies to: Maintain authenticated sessions Support essential website and application functionality Remember settings and preferences Protect against fraud and unauthorized access Understand service performance and usage Support analytics or advertising where applicable The technologies used may differ between the LocalWerx website, MOS, and TextLead. You can manage certain cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent login or other service functionality from working properly. 10. Website Comments, Media, and Embedded Content If comments are enabled on a LocalWerx website, we may collect information submitted in comment forms along with IP addresses and browser user-agent information for spam prevention and security. An anonymized value derived from an email address may be provided to Gravatar when that service is used. Images uploaded to websites may contain embedded location metadata, including EXIF GPS information. You should remove such metadata if you do not intend to disclose it. Our websites may include embedded content or links to third-party websites and services. Those third parties may collect information under their own privacy policies. LocalWerx does not control their independent privacy practices. 11. TextLead Lead Retention and Deletion For TextLead, website visitor contact requests and associated lead contact details are retained throughout the participating business’s active paid subscription. If the subscription is canceled, the 12-month post-cancellation retention period begins on the effective cancellation date, which ordinarily is the end of the already-paid subscription term—not the date the cancellation request was submitted. During that 12-month period, previously collected leads may remain associated with the customer’s TextLead account, subject to applicable access and entitlement rules. If the customer successfully reactivates TextLead before the retention period expires, existing retained leads remain associated with the account. The prior cancellation-based deletion deadline no longer applies while the subscription is active. If the customer later cancels again, a new 12-month retention period begins at the end of that subsequent paid term. If the customer does not reactivate within the applicable retention period, LocalWerx will delete the retained website visitor lead records and associated contact details after the 12-month period, except where continued retention is required or permitted for legal obligations, disputes, security investigations, or other lawful purposes. Deletion from operational systems and expiration of information in backups may occur on different schedules, subject to reasonable security, backup, and recovery practices. Customer account information, authentication records, subscription and billing history, and legally required consent or audit evidence are maintained separately from website visitor lead records. These records may be retained as necessary to administer accounts, support reactivation, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and protect the service. 12. Other Data Retention For MOS, general website interactions, and other LocalWerx services, retention periods depend on the type of information, the applicable service, customer instructions, contractual requirements, and legal obligations. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Where appropriate, information may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of when no longer required. Legal acceptance records, SMS consent history, and related security evidence may need to be preserved separately from operational lead data. 13. Data Security LocalWerx uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. Measures may include authenticated access, access restrictions, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, and operational safeguards. No internet transmission, telecommunications network, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for maintaining secure account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. 14. Your Privacy Choices and Rights Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. To submit a privacy request, email support@localwerx.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, confirm your authority to act for another person or business, and identify the relevant records. We aim to respond to verified privacy requests within 30 calendar days, subject to legally permitted extensions and any different deadlines required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal compliance, billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, contractual obligations, or other lawful purposes. Where a request concerns information submitted to a participating business through TextLead, we may need to coordinate with that business, which may have independent responsibilities concerning its use of the visitor’s information. Children’s Privacy LocalWerx products and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly design our services to collect personal information from children. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective or “Last Updated” date. For TextLead, legal versions presented for enrollment and account acceptance are separately identified and recorded by the TextLead application. Updating this website page does not automatically constitute a customer’s acceptance of a different TextLead legal version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain appropriate consent. 17.
